He is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from Universidad de Santiago.
He holds a Diploma in Taxation from Universidad de Chile.
His distinguished career spans over 10 years in tax matters within the private sector. For a significant portion of his career, he held the role of Tax Manager at Deloitte and VGM Consultores Tributarios. In both companies, he supervised and executed tasks related to Tax Planning, Compliance, and Reorganization processes (divisions, mergers, capital increases).
Cesar’s primary focus centers on tax management and optimization, where he advises, devises and delivers effective solutions that meet client requirements.
Currently, he serves as the Lead Tax Defense Auditor at Balada.
